Terms of Use and Purchase

Effective 20 July 2026

1. Operator and agreement

Ultimate Death Clock is operated by VanBlaisa in Australia. By using the website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Adults and entertainment-only use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Ultimate Death Clock is a fictional entertainment and general reflection product. Predictions, dates, countdowns, stories and lifestyle outputs are not scientifically reliable forecasts and are not medical, psychological, actuarial, insurance, financial, legal or safety advice.

3. Free results and public links

A free result may include a predicted date, countdown, short fictional scenario and public result link. Anyone who receives or discovers that link may be able to view its contents. Do not enter another person’s private or sensitive information without their permission, and do not share a result link if you want the result to remain private.

4. The Final Chapter

The Final Chapter is a one-time digital purchase for one specified entertainment result. It provides a longer personalised fictional story, including narrative sections, a humorous obituary or legacy and alternate endings. It is generated from the answers associated with that result. It is not a subscription and does not include unfinished products such as automated video production, party mode, API access or white-label services.

5. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank may apply conversion or international transaction charges. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your complete card number. Delivery normally occurs immediately after Stripe confirms payment, but network or processing delays can occur. Keep your result link and payment email so support can locate the purchase.

6. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with rights and consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. If a paid digital product is not delivered, materially differs from its description or has a major failure, contact us so we can repair, replace, re-supply or refund it as required by law. We do not generally provide change-of-mind refunds after a correctly delivered personalised digital story has been accessed, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate or defame another person; generate content about a minor; promote self-harm or violence; probe or bypass payment and access controls; interfere with the website; scrape it at unreasonable volume; upload malicious material; or use content in a misleading medical, insurance, employment or legal context. We may restrict abusive activity or remove unlawful content.

8. Intellectual property and personal use

The website, branding, software and templates remain owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to read, download and share your purchased story for non-commercial entertainment. You may not resell the service, remove branding from assets where removal was not purchased, or represent generated content as a factual prediction or professional assessment.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or discontinue features. We will not deliberately remove an already-paid entitlement without a lawful reason. Temporary downtime, third-party outages and security maintenance may occur. If an outage prevents delivery of a paid product, contact support and we will restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on fictional predictions, user-shared links, indirect loss, or loss caused by misuse of the service. Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania and the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies where you live. Questions, delivery problems and refund requests can be sent to support@ultimatedeathclock.com.
