Privacy Policy
Effective 20 July 2026
1. Who we are
Ultimate Death Clock is operated by VanBlaisa in Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain information when you use the calculator, public result pages, email capture and Stripe checkout.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect calculator answers, date of birth, general lifestyle selections, fictional entertainment preferences, generated result data, email address, public result identifier, purchase and entitlement records, support correspondence, approximate network information, browser or device details, referral information and website analytics events.
Stripe processes payment-card details on its hosted checkout. We receive payment identifiers, status, amount, currency and limited customer details, but not your complete card number or security code.
3. Sensitive information and uploads
Biometric uploads, fingerprint collection, serious health mode and personalised-media uploads are disabled for this launch. Do not send health records, biometric identifiers or another person’s sensitive information through ordinary forms or support email. If these features are introduced later, we will add specific consent, retention and deletion controls and update this policy before enabling them.
4. Why we use information
We use information to calculate and display entertainment results; create the purchased Final Chapter; maintain public result links; process and verify payments; grant and restore entitlements; prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate fulfilment; provide support; measure site performance and conversion; comply with accounting, legal and security obligations; and improve the service.
5. Public result pages
Result pages use hard-to-guess identifiers but are public to anyone with the URL. A shared page may show the predicted date, age, short scenario and, after purchase, the Final Chapter. Search and social platforms may cache a link or preview after it is shared. Avoid using real names or other identifying details in entertainment answers.
6. Service providers and overseas processing
We may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, security, email, analytics and payment processing. Stripe may process information in countries where it or its providers operate. Other enabled infrastructure providers may also process data outside Australia. We disclose only information reasonably required for the relevant service and take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when selecting and configuring providers.
7. AI and story generation
The launch version of the paid Final Chapter uses the application’s controlled story engine and does not need to send your entertainment answers to an external AI writing provider. If optional external AI generation is enabled later, this policy and the relevant user notice will identify the categories of information sent and the purpose before use.
8. Cookies, local storage and analytics
The site may use cookies or browser storage for sessions, preferences, attribution, rate limiting and analytics. Enabled analytics services may collect page, device and interaction information under their own privacy terms. You can restrict cookies using browser controls, although some site functions may be affected.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain predictions and purchased stories while needed to deliver public links and paid access. Payment and transaction records may be retained for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Operational and security logs are kept only as reasonably required. When information is no longer needed and no legal requirement applies, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of an identifiable result, subject to records we must retain.
10. Security
We use access controls, server-side payment verification, signed webhooks, restricted administrative routes and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you believe a result link, email address or purchase record has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly.
11. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete an identifiable result, or make a privacy complaint by emailing support@ultimatedeathclock.com. We may need to verify your identity and connection to the email, payment or result. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
12. Children and policy changes
Purchases are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
